Deluxe 2-layer petticoat. Very full and a nice short length. One size fits all, elastic waist stretches up to 42" around. Length is 15". Satin top with a wide elastic band. Has two very full layers with a double ruffle edge along the bottom. Has a slight crystalline shimmer all over, on both layers. Assorted colors. 100% polyester. Great for square dancing, costumes, bridal, and for dress-up anytime.
